TV-1 Broadcast Video Service utilizes a 4.5 megahertz analog circuit that usually comes with two 15 KHz or four 20 KHz audio channels and a video channel.  The circuit must be delivered on fiber facilities at both ends and is a non-switched, point-to-point, one-way, National Television Systems Committee (NTSC) composite circuit.
